Roasted mushrooms tossed in a tasty browned butter, garlic, and thyme sauce!
Mushrooms must be one of my favorite foods and they make for some of the best side dishes like these roasted mushrooms in a browned butter, garlic and thyme sauce! This recipe is super easy, you just roast the mushrooms, brown some butter, toss in the garlic and thyme and afterward toss the roasted mushrooms in the sauce! You really can’t turn out badly with mushrooms, garlic, and butter and browning the butter just makes things better with the slightly nutty flavor and fragrance that comes from browning it. These roasted mushrooms in a browned butter, garlic and thyme sauce are a great side for any feast! This tasted really good! But I guess I cooked it a little excessively long as it didn’t make a lot. I even added more water to it still just turned out like possibly a cup and a half. If you’re making this recpie for more than 2 people, twofold it. Also, I had everything available aside from the shallots so I used ordinary sweet onion instead it still tasted great. I used Shiraz as red wine. By and large a really good recipe!

This was delicious…I use sweet onion instead of shallots. The main different changes I made were to use meat consume and I included one wedge of chuckling bovine light cheese which thickened it instead of the cornstarch and water and made it more delightful. I included my remaining pork tenderloin (exquisite pork tenderloin) to the sauce and will have it as leftovers…it’s a gourmet dinner.
